Essential technologies operate because they are necessary to provide a feature you request, maintain security, remember privacy choices or comply with law. Analytics and advertising technologies are optional and follow the choices available in our consent panel.

Names and durations can change when browsers or providers update their services. The definitive list for a particular visit is visible in your browser's storage and developer tools.
3. Essential storage
Essential session and security storage supports account access, CSRF protection, form submissions, load balancing where applicable, fraud prevention, billing, and the recording of your consent choice. Blocking it may prevent login, checkout, voting, reporting, support or other requested features from working.
reCAPTCHA runs only where integrated to protect a form or sensitive action. Its risk result is used with rate limits and other signals. Google receives technical request information under its own Privacy Policy and Terms.
4. Optional analytics and advertising
Analytics helps us understand page use, navigation and service performance. Advertising storage and signals can measure promotions and, when allowed, support advertising personalisation. These categories are off unless you grant the relevant choice. Rejecting them does not prevent ordinary use of the directory.
We use Google Consent Mode to communicate your selected categories. In basic consent mode, optional Google measurement scripts do not load until analytics or advertising consent is granted. If you later withdraw consent, new optional measurement stops; providers may retain earlier data according to their lawful retention obligations.
5. External media and third-party pages
A server profile may contain a YouTube or Vimeo trailer and an official Discord widget selected by the server owner. Loading a profile containing that embedded content connects your browser to the relevant provider, which may receive your IP address, browser details, referring page and its own identifiers. Opening a server website, Discord invite, social link, Google or Discord sign-in, Stripe checkout, or another external page leaves our service and is governed by that provider's policies.

6. Manage or withdraw your choice
You can accept all, reject all, or select analytics and advertising separately. Choices are equally available and can be changed at any time. Withdrawal is effective for future optional processing and does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser, block third-party cookies, or use private-browsing controls. Blocking all cookies may break essential account and payment features. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not have a single legally standardised meaning, so use our consent panel for the available site choices.
7. Changes to this policy
We update this page when providers, purposes, durations or legal requirements change. A material change to optional tracking will result in a new consent version where a renewed choice is required.
